Look closely at the picture above. Basically a well executed sexy photograph, but look again because there is so much going on. Firstly there are the shutters beyond the model, delicately out of focus and wonderfully lit lifting the model into the centre of the picture. Next see the way the light illuminates her skirt through her legs and the wonderful rim lighting on her left side. The tempreture of the light is warm and soft and very pleasing. Study this picture, is there a second light source from the left, or do the white shutters bounce the light around. This shot would definitely be bracketed either way to capture this almost translucent quality of light. |
